Information and changes
We make reasonable efforts to research and maintain accurate information, but events, prices, access arrangements and availability can change. Confirm essential details with the organiser before paying or travelling. Status labels describe our research as of the stated check date.
External bookings
You book and pay directly with the named seller. That seller’s terms govern admission, cancellation, refunds and fulfilment. We cannot amend or refund a third-party booking. Date-specific leisure services may have different cancellation rights from ordinary online purchases; read the selected seller’s terms before payment.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Our original editorial content and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may read and share links for normal personal use. Do not reproduce substantial content commercially without permission or misuse the site in a way that interferes with its operation.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the acts of independent providers or indirect loss from relying on outdated third-party information.
